ABSTRACT:
Magnetorheological dampers are dampers filled with magnetorheological fluid which is
controlled by a magnetic field, usually using an electromagnet. This report deals with
improvement in MR dampers. The design proposed in this report consists of two pistons with
two linear generators connected to each one and both pistons work as opposed piston moving
directly opposite to each other. This model utilizes six forces converging system to stability
leading to more compactness. Most of the forces including in this system vary with topology
of road and velocity of car so leading to better robustness.
